Indian garlic from the Gujarat and Madhya Pradesh belts carries a high allicin content, which is what gives dehydrated garlic its punch after rehydration. Cloves are hand-peeled, washed, sliced and dried at controlled temperature so the volatile sulphur compounds survive the process rather than being cooked out.
We supply the complete cut range from flakes down to 100–120 mesh powder. Because garlic powder cakes easily, lots are sieved, cooled and packed with liners immediately after milling, and can be supplied anti-caking-free or with permitted agents depending on your regulation.
